兩岸電商搭橋/盧希鵬:「隨經濟」時代 共融才能共贏

近幾年大陸電子商務發展迅速,一再創下各項驚人數據,像是去年雙11光棍節當天,淘寶天貓就創下單日成交額高達350億人民幣(約台幣1700億)的紀錄,不過,台科大教授盧希鵬指出,其實這些所謂的電子商務奇蹟只是3成人口所創造,整個電子商務市場的餅還不夠大,電商業者之間不是彼此競爭,而應合作把餅做大,尤其是兩岸的業者,真的要「共融才能達到共贏!」

第六屆的兩岸電商搭橋活動,5日在昆山舉辦產業合作及交流會議全體大會,台科大管理學院教授盧希鵬應邀以「電子商務的下一波革命」為題發表演講(►圖/記者曾雅玲攝)。盧希鵬指出,過去幾年電商產業已經達到成熟期,接下來要轉型才能避免走向衰退,一個有遠見的企業,會在還處於主流地位時,帶領產業走向下一步,他曾在和阿里巴巴創辦人馬雲談到轉型的議題,果然前幾年馬雲就說阿里巴巴將不再只是電子商務公司,馬雲還提出「雙百萬」計畫,要幫100萬網商賺到100萬人民幣(約台幣486萬),而這1兆人民幣產值將是大陸經濟成長的推進機。

盧希鵬進一步指出,他從中看到一個商機,「如果這100萬網商要賺100萬,而阿里巴巴若可以從這100萬網站各賺到`萬人民,這個產值就是100億人民幣以上!」他認為,不管阿里巴巴是推雲服務,還是幫助傳統產業做電商,其中有太多商機,但其實整個市場是更大的,「馬雲談的就是共融共贏,所有電商業者不是競爭者,因為整個市場的餅還不夠大,大家應該共融共贏把整個餅更擴大,而且範圍不應只是傳統電子商務領域。」他說,目前大約只有30%的人在網路上購物過,剩下30%的人玩過微信、社群…,但沒有購物過,其他40%的人可能從來沒上網過,「現在所說的電子商務奇蹟,充其量只是那30%的人,我們必須再擴充,擴充到微信的族群、從來不上網的族群。

盧希鵬並指出,電子商務領域即將要從過去熟悉的電腦環節,走向一個無所不在的環節,他針對這樣的趨勢下的經濟法則,發明了一個「隨經濟」的新名詞,包括:隨時經濟、隨地經濟、隨幣經濟…多種不同原則。其中「隨時經濟」是指網友的時間會成為非常寶貴的資源,眾多電商業者要爭取消費者上網時間中,可能只有5%左右會進行購物的有限時間,要想辦法運用超連結等技術延長消費者使用時間、要以簡易的介面搶奪消費者零碎的時間、甚至是以各種方式綁住消費者未來上網購物的時間,也就是提高忠誠度;而「隨幣經濟」則可能出現超越世界各國貨幣的一種全球通行的電子幣…等新的概念。
