兩岸電商搭橋/京東靠技術創佳績 雅虎重行動商務創新

面對發展迅速的電子商務市場,兩岸業者在搭橋活動上分享自身的經驗與未來進展時,都非常看好透過科技、技術的持續進步,將帶動產業有更多創新的作法,讓消費者可以透過更方便的行動載具、買到更平價的優質商品。

第六屆的兩岸電商搭橋活動,5日在昆山舉辦產業合作及交流會議全體大會,大陸京東集團副總裁張建設就「電子商務促進兩岸三地經貿交流升級」提出看法,台灣Yahoo奇摩電子商務事業部總經理王志仁則以「O2O行動商務新時代」為題發表專題演講。

王志仁則在演講中分享台灣雅虎奇摩電子商城的發展現況與觀察,他說,台灣消費者在行動裝置的使用依賴度特別高,從去年6月到今年6 月來看,行動裝置造訪的訪次已達到平均45%,跟一年前相比成長高達4.5倍,早上6~8點的通勤時間更達到54%,雖然必須同時維運電腦版、手機app、平板app,甚至還有ios和安卓不同系統版本,對業者而言挑戰很大,但目前行動載具的轉換率已達到8%,遠高於傳統的電腦版,原因則在雖然行動載具不方便搜尋、分類也不容易,甚至很少促銷活動,不過,透過大數據分析,每個人打開app 看到的產品種類都不一樣,個人化的服務讓消費者不用費神找商品,很容易看到他喜歡的商品,成交機率就會大幅提高。他認為,今年很可能就會出現行動購物占比超過電腦版的黃金交叉點。

王志仁同時表示,行動載具的運用也讓O2O的模式更為靈活,在實體看到的商品,可以掃瞄條碼在網路上購買送到家;相對地,網路上獲得的優惠券可以發送到手機上,直接拿到實體店家做折抵…,只要是符合消費者需求的,都可以透過更進一步的運用,讓行動購物更方便、更受歡迎。
